The Site is intended for individuals seeking assistance, volunteers, and supporters.

2. Eligibility for Services

To access our food assistance program, you must:

  • Reside within the areas we serve

  • Complete the registration form truthfully and accurately

  • Provide valid identification for all household members

  • Abide by the service frequency guidelines (e.g., one hamper every two months)

  • Only one food hamper per household is permitted at any given time. Multiple bookings from the same address or family are not allowed.
  • Each individual or household is eligible for a maximum of three pickups total. Once this limit is reached, further requests will not be accepted.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or pause services to individuals who:

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Use abusive or threatening behavior toward staff or volunteers

  • Repeatedly fail to show up for appointments without notice

3. User Responsibilities

By using our website or booking a service, you agree to:

  • Use the Site and its content for lawful and personal purposes only

  • Not misuse, copy, resell, or distribute any content on the Site

  • Upload only accurate, current, and unexpired ID documentation

  • Refrain from impersonating another person or submitting false information
