⚠️ Important Booking Rules

  • Only one hamper per household is allowed at a time. Duplicate bookings from the same address or family will be declined.

  • Each household may receive a maximum of three hampers in total.

  • Clients must wait two months after their last pickup before booking another hamper.

 

Instructions – Step by Step

Step 1: Complete the Form

  • Fill in all personal information for yourself.

  • Include details for every member of your household (this affects the size of your hamper).

 

Step 2: Prepare Your ID Documents

  • You must bring ID for each household member when you arrive.

  • Bring the same physical ID copies that you upload in the form.

 

Step 3: ID Requirements

  • For household members over 18: Bring photo ID

  • For household members under 18: Bring any valid ID

  • Pictures of ID on your phone are accepted

  • Make sure no IDs are expired

  • Acceptable IDs: Drivers License, PR Card, Passport, Healthcare Card, and Refugee Status Paper

 

Step 4: Requesting Additional Items (Optional)

  • If you need hygiene or household items, you may request them at the time of pick-up

  • These items are not guaranteed

  • They are only provided if donated stock is available

 

In order to book online, you will need:

  • Full names, birthdays and ID numbers for each member of the household
  • Your home address
  • Your phone number
  • Income and expense information
  • Pictures of all household IDs
