Only one hamper per household is allowed at a time. Duplicate bookings from the same address or family will be declined.

Each household may receive a maximum of three hampers in total.

Clients must wait two months after their last pickup before booking another hamper.
Instructions – Step by Step
Step 1: Complete the Form

Fill in all personal information for yourself.

Include details for every member of your household (this affects the size of your hamper).
Step 2: Prepare Your ID Documents

You must bring ID for each household member when you arrive.

Bring the same physical ID copies that you upload in the form.
Step 3: ID Requirements

For household members over 18: Bring photo ID

For household members under 18: Bring any valid ID

Pictures of ID on your phone are accepted

Make sure no IDs are expired
- Acceptable IDs: Drivers License, PR Card, Passport, Healthcare Card, and Refugee Status Paper
Step 4: Requesting Additional Items (Optional)

If you need hygiene or household items, you may request them at the time of pick-up

These items are not guaranteed

They are only provided if donated stock is available
In order to book online, you will need:
- Full names, birthdays and ID numbers for each member of the household
- Your home address
- Your phone number
- Income and expense information
- Pictures of all household IDs
